Who handles your enquiry

IDUS is based in Bristol. For privacy questions or requests relating to your personal information, email mastplas@aol.com or use our contact form.

Information you send us

Our contact form asks for your name, email address, project type and message. Business name and an existing website are optional. We use these details to respond, discuss your requirements and prepare a proposal if requested. Please do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.

Where messages go

Enquiries are forwarded privately to mastplas@aol.com. Our hosting and email providers process information needed to deliver and store those messages. Enquiry content is not published on this website or saved in a public website database.

Why we use it and how long we keep it

We use enquiry information to take steps at your request before a possible contract, and for our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and preventing misuse. We keep correspondence only for as long as needed for the enquiry, any resulting work and applicable record-keeping requirements. We do not add enquiries to a marketing mailing list.

The contact page uses an essential session cookie to protect the form and show its confirmation. The form uses temporary security information to limit automated submissions. Hosting providers may keep security and access logs. This new site does not include advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
